GS Yard B.V. is an operating company of Hogau B.V. and designs and builds double-hulled (tank) barges and ocean-going vessels at our yard in Waterhuizen. Approximately 10 ships are built per year. Our shipyard has a unique longitudinal slipway, making it possible to launch ships of greater weight without risk. We have all disciplines in-house to take care of the construction of a ship from beginning to end. In addition to qualified personnel, our yard has a plasma cutting machine and welding robots to weld parts with consistently good quality.
